I am trying to remember some trips I did last 2013. I have a lot to share visiting 23 European countries last year but my time is always limited. I am such a very busy person and never gets bored when I am at home. 2013 was so far the most-travelled year I experienced in my life. I might not be able to do it again this year but for sure, I will be travelling again soon.

Buildings and shops  near the Town Hall of Maribor.

Maribor is one of the cities I visited in Europe last spring  2013. It is the second largest city in Slovenia. It is located near the Slovenian border with Austria, beside the Drava River. We had a limited time during our visit but I made the most of it seeing some of its sights.

I also went a bit shopping. I actually bought some travel souvenirs. I was looking for a classic krk rokit g3 8 but I cannot find a shop that sells this musical gadget. There are many shops in the city including antique shops but I was not able to find a music store. I ended up buying some postcards, a magnet and a shot a shot glass. I also took some travel brochures in their tourist information office.

Among the sights I experienced  are the Slomškov Square, Main square with the Town hall, Plague Column and the Aloysius church (Alojzijeva cerkev), Maribor  Castle, Medieval defence walls, the Cathedral (Stolnica) and more.
