Whose coming with me this coming Oktoberfest 2014 in Munich? lolz! I am actually kidding. I don’t have any idea if I will be working during those times but I am hoping that I will have some days-off   from work to experience once again this world’s greatest and largest funfair held annually in Munich, the capital city of the region of Bavaria in Germany.

View of the Theresienwiese or  simply called Wiesn, the area where the yearly Oktoberfest is held. Taken during one of my visits.

Last week, I received again another private message in facebook asking me if there are still affordable accommodation in or around Munich area. Okey, this is what I am going to tell you if you are planning to visit this festival.   According to the travel reportage I saw in a German television, you must plan your trip ahead of time. If possible, already book your hotel or accommodation one year before Oktoberfest commence. Unless you have some friends who can accommodate you, why not?

This is really a must-experience festival when visiting Germany if you want to party, enjoy and have fun. There are a lot of beer tents during this festivals. In every tents, there are group of musicians or live bands who are playing live music. If you want to know about their musical instruments, learn more about us at MusiciansFriend.com. I believed,  I am a happy soul visiting this festival for the fourth times already.

Enjoy the genuine  Bavaria culture thru Oktoberfest.  Taste its various local beers and cuisines and simply experience the  fun. This year’s celebration will take place from September 20 to October 5, 2014. See you there!
