Time flies so fast! It seems like last week when October started. In less than 24 hours from now, another month is about to come! And hey, happy Halloween everyone! Enjoy but be safe please!

First of all, I want to express my gratitude from UP above for making me well and healthy from time to time. I have never been in my deepest moment in my life when I was confined for 25 days at the hospital. Thanks God, I am recovering now. I continue to hope and pray for full healing and recovery. It was the third day of sightseeing in Turkey.  We stayed in a nice hotel in Ayvalik and from there, the bus will start rolling going to our next destination which is Sardis.  That morning, I set the  alarm at 5:30 and even set it two times to make it sure that I will wake up at the right time.  I need to be ready before before going  for breakfast which starts at 6:00.  At around 7:30, the bus already started its journey.

The Altar outside the entrance of Artemis much older than the temple, from as early as the 6th century BC. In the Hellenistic period the altar was incorporated into a large stepped platform that still exists.

The sky was gray and cloudy when we left Ayvalik. After an hour driving on the road, the sun was slowly shining. This is the advantage of going in a group tour, everything is already organized and you don’t need to worry about accommodation, meals and transportation. Read more… »

It was one of the most memorable   travels I had last 2013.  That cruise in the Baltic Region of Europe was indeed a great experience seeing various cities and countries in the region.  One of the cities we visited was the capital of Estonia, Tallinn.  The sightseeing tour we had in the city was all worth it seeing its most historic sights from Medieval Old Town, Raekoja Plats and its Town Hall, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, City Wall and more. We also passed-by its famous Viru Gate and here a photo of this gate.

I am finally done packing my luggage. I am good to go. There are still so many things I wanted to finish at home but since I was busy with many things the past days especially garden works, I was not able to finish everything. I hope I can do it when I come back from my trip.

I am heading to Italy this time with a friend. She just called me this evening, saying that she is still not done packing her luggage because she is still at work. I know she can do it before we left in some hours for this trip.  Read more… »

It was winter season in Spain during our holiday. I expected it to be very  cold   but the weather in Andalusia region was very friendly especially in Seville.   It is the beautiful capital and the largest city of Andalusia. It is also the cultural and financial centre of southern Spain. The city is situated on the banks of Guadalquivir River, which divides the city into two, Sevilla and Triana.

Let’s go back to Riga this time.  Time flies so fast that it is over a year now since I visited Latvia’s capital city. It was autumn last 2012 and the weather was already cold in this pat of the  Baltic States.  I have been to many capital cities in Europe and I would say, Riga has its won beauty. No wonder it is also visited by  international tourists from around the globe. Read more… »

I was browsing some old photographs from my previous travels last night. I landed in one of the albums with 10GB used space in my external hard drive. This is the photo album during my previous vacation in England, almost five years ago.

Oh yes, it was a great trip in one of the beautiful countries in Europe called England, which is a part of United Kingdom. During that three weeks vacation, I was able to visit many places and cities including the famous birthplace of William Shakespeare called Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Hello everyone! I hope everything is doing great with you all! So far, I cannot complain. I just need to do some things before I hit the road again. I need to slowly clean my SD cards and reformat it to get ready for my next travel. There are so many things to see in this planet but when finances and time don’t allow, its better to just stay at home. Right folks?

There are around 10 SD cards waiting to be reformatted. It is easy to use for my cameras and take pictures. There are also other travel gadgets  I need to get ready like cleaning my cameras, luggage, shoes to wear, perfect clothing for the weather and more.

I have to prepare all of these not in the last minute but around 3-5 days before my trip commence. I am hitting Tuscany region in Italy soon.

Have a nice day!
